Terms of service.

Booking & Payments

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date

• Final payment is due no less than 6 weeks before the event date

• Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30+ days before: 50% deposit retained

• Cancellations made 14-29 days before: 75% of total fee charged

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before: 100% of total fee charged

Bridal Preview Sessions

• Preview sessions are highly recommended and charged separately

• Previews must be booked at least 6 weeks before the wedding date

• Preview fees are non-refundable with less than 48 hours notice

Day-of Service

• Client must provide a suitable workspace with good lighting and seating

• Client and bridal party must arrive with clean, dry faces

• Timeline must be strictly adhered to ensure all services are completed on time
